Where can I send letters?
To UK destinations only.
What does it cost?
£2.99 for the first page plus 35p per extra page, including printing, an envelope and UK second-class postage. The quote uses the actual PDF page count.
Is delivery tracked or guaranteed?
No. Updates describe processing/dispatch status only. Ordinary post has no delivery guarantee or proof of delivery. Order confirmation is not proof of posting.
Can I upload Word files?
Yes: PDF, DOC and DOCX up to 5 MB. Word must convert successfully before quoting/payment. Review every converted page; export a PDF yourself if conversion fails.
How do I access my document?
Use your private access link. Keep it confidential: someone with that link can access the associated document/order.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
A full refund is available if the letter has not yet been sent, and a refund if an order fails. Email hello@sendletteronline.co.uk. See the refunds page.
