How sending a letter online works
Prepare your document, review every page and pay for printing and UK second-class postage.
1. Prepare
Write a letter or upload a PDF, DOC or DOCX. Word files are converted to PDF before pricing. Enter the UK recipient details.
2. Review
Check the full PDF, all pages, address placement, page count and total. Uploaded PDFs do not receive an automatic address cover page. The first page costs £2.99; each extra page is 35p.
3. Pay
Stripe handles payment after review. Printing, an envelope and UK second-class postage are included.
4. Processing and dispatch
Pingen prints and posts. Order confirmation, provider acceptance, posting and delivery are different stages. Processing/dispatch updates are not delivery tracking or proof of delivery.
